Wampserver totally on external drive

I want to install Wampserver on an external (E:\) hard drive, without installing anything on the C:\ drive. Will this work properly?

no. Wamp has two regestry files that need installing. If ur good with batch u could write a small program that will install the services each time u connect the drive . It will also have to look after the drivew letter and make sure it always keeps the same letter.

Usb drives get the next avaiible letter. So may not alwayd be f
