dear friends..
finaly i have managed to get rid of error message of 1045.
here is the procedure
1. uninstall wamp and its component.
2. delete wamp folder
3. restart the compute in safe mode wit administrative rights
4. edit registry ( be carefull but its safe )
5. search wamp
6. delete every traces of wamp
7. save registry
8. restart computer
hurrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrey.........................
you have done it
reinstall wamp and enjoy

this is not a good solution at all.

the error is only about a user password problem.. you dont need to uninstall anything to fix it

you are right my dear that idea is not gud..
but the ideas mentioned here did not work and it became horrible that silly mistake can lead to stuck up and perticulerly for the newones like me. after hours of struggle i finaly discovered this and got the solution and ther are lot of people around here like me who are facing such prolems.
i request to admin. to provide some proper method ( step by step) to overcome such problem because the methods mentioned here are not sufficient ( i think) .
