WampServer

I am experiencing a issue with wamp server where most of my php application are not running with proxy setting by Websense.

I am majorly working on wordpress and when i run a clean wordpress application my script is always timed out and same is running fine when i disconnect the internet.

I have a chat with my security team and they said that the the localhost links are bypassed with their websense server, i really can't understand what is the issue.

Below are my configuration

Operating system: Windows 7 Enterprise 64 bit
Wamp server (apache): 2.4
php: 5.4
mysql: 5.6.12
wamp manager icon color: green
