WampServer

Hello,

I have just installed an OOB Joomla 3 using WAMP. Works fine except the following odd behavior:

localhost works great, but when browsing a joomla site from external host, the joomla site freezes after 1 or 2 page views.

If using localhost to browse site, it does not freeze up, site works fine.

I can test port 80 with result -> used by Apache 2.4.4 Win32 PHP 5.4.16 but if I connect to the site from the outside, the site freezes and port 80 test hangs, netstat -a reveals external host connected using ephemeral ports but nothing other than the WAMP server is listening on 80.

Have you read and applied the suggested changes in 'Wampserver 2.4 What to do after Installing'
