WampServer

I have two servers with 2008 R2. One of the server is currently running WAMP 2.2 (Production). There is Windows Network Load Balance installed. Currently configured is the Load Balance IP that points to the server IP with WAMP 2.2 and is working fine in production.

In order to ugrade, on another server (2008 R2), installed WAMP 2.4. NLB too installed on the server and configured to the NLB cluster of the production server. However everytime I start the NLB host on the server with WAMP 2.4, the WAMP stops working. I have to stop the NLB host.
The WAMP 2.4 just does not work when I start the NLB host on this server.

Any suggestions to this?
