My PC shutdowns as soon as i start services of Wamp along with the Ethernet cable

My PC shutdowns as soon as i start services of Wamp along with the Ethernet cable connected to my pc , When I start Wamp with out Ethernet cable connected.. it works fine.. why this happens.. want some solution to overcome this. this is the problem iam facing after making some changes to myphpadmin.config file.. is their any problem with that.. and how to over come this??

What changes did you make to phpmyadmin.conf?
