importing database from local to my hosted domain

i have no idea how to import mysite to my hosted domain. i have read tutorials but all they say was to click import via phpmyadmin. please help.

first of all copy any files you need from www folder into the www or public_html on ur hosts server


then on ur own pc go into phpmyadmin.. select export along the top.. select the databases you want and save it as a sql file. then on ur hosts site go into phpmyadmin and press import. select the sql from your pc and it will import them


follow these simple guide for more help
