(Beginner) How to start Internet server for Dolphin

Hey all.

I have installed a Dolphin-based site using WAMP 2 on localhost, but as soon as I go into online mode,
everyone who tries to connect to my IP gets redirected to their 127.0.0.1 . Can anyone tell me, what shall
I do to fix this? I'm using Windows XP.

wen installing you xhould type in www.websitename.com and not localhost

it uses static urls. so everyone will redirect to the exact url "localhost/page.html"

possibly you wont need to install again if you canfind the config find or databasethat has localhost in it
