WampServer

Hello,

I am new with Wamp Server. I recently downloaded the version that has :
Apache 2.2.22
Mysql 5.5.24
PHP 5.3.13
XDebug 2.1.2
XDC 1.5
PhpMyadmin 3.4.10.1
SQLBuddy 1.3.3
webGrind 1.0

I am using Windows 8.1.

I didn't have any problems with Wamp until I noticed phpMyAdmin was saying my root user didn't have any password. So I went in the phpMyAdmin privilege tab and added the password 'root' to the user 'root@localhost'. I didn't change the privilege of the other 'root' users thinking it wasn't necessary.
Since then, I get the error 1045 each time I open phpMyAdmin.
I tried following the steps of this tutorial (http://www.sitepoint.com/forums/showthread.php?846777-1045-Access-denied-for-user-root-localhost-(using-password-NO)), but it didn't work.
I also tried uninstalling Wamp and deleting the files in my Program Files folder and then re-installing Wamp, but it didn't work.

What can I do to fix this ?

I clear my cache and it said "403 Forbidden". I searched a bit and found this : [stackoverflow.com] and now it works.
