WAMP openssl_pkey_get_public GETTING ERROR error:0906D06Ctongue sticking out smileyEM routinestongue sticking out smileyEM_read_bio:no start line

Hello.

I am having a problem with php function openssl_pkey_get_public. When I'm trying to get the key from a certificate i'm getting this error: error:0906D06Ctongue sticking out smileyEM routinestongue sticking out smileyEM_read_bio:no start line

What could be the problem?

I activated php_openssl extension from wamp interface.

I'm expecting advices. Thank you.
