The icon

The icon should be in white color. Why my icon is in yellow color therefore i cant access to the local host. PLease help me to find out. Thanks

yellow means only 1 service running, most likely apache is not running, so make sure you dont' have anything in this list: IIS, Skype, Zone Alarm, NOD32, Eset, Internet Optimizer, Google Accelerator, any other database server, any other webserver?

Hey, I got the same problem with the icon, it stays yellow, I've checked my computer for the programs you said but i don't got them on my computer. So what would i do?
