WampServer

i installed Wamp 2.0c last month and it worked great! and didn't use it since.

This morning i wanted to use it and localhost displays a Under construction page, phpadmin doesnt work ether, the Wamp tray is yellow 2/3 of the semicircle is yellow.

when i click on apache testport 80, it says Microsoft-IIS/6.0

I dont know how to stop the service.

i have installed many things since i installed wamp 2.0c so i cant locate the issue, i also uninstalled and reinstaled wamp again.. and its the same.

Any Ideas?

UPDATE:

Nevermind, I Uninstalled IIS and Reinstalled WAMP, now localhost works great!

well to my knowledge when u uninstall wamps service the folder wamp still remain on your HD, and it contains some files when you reinstall wamp will read that old files so delete the whole wamp folder from C:/ before installing it again
