WampServer

I installed WAMP 2.0. When I try to access the phpMyAdmin or SQLiteManager, I get the following:

Object not found!

The requested URL was not found on this server. If you entered the URL manually please check your
spelling and try again.

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.
Error 404
localhost
Apache/2.2.8 (Mandriva Linux/PREFORK-6mdv2008.1)

When i try to access just the localhost, I get:

It Works!

But, that's NOT the page at the root of the www folder.

All services appear to be running normal, no problem with start/stop of services, and I have made no configuration changes. All installation options were defaults.

Does anyone know what's causing this?

u have another server installed. and thats wats running on localhost

Nothing else is running on port 80.

how do I determine what's running on localhost? i've shut down all but vital services and something is still there.
