don't want to mess up

I have 4 domains and I don't want to mess up. I've read some guides and they weren't idiot proof enough for me to trust.
This is my plan. I'm going to stop using IIS and Plesk so that I can run apache. I never use the .net stuff anyway.

Here are my domains:
www.unitedstatesnetwork.net
www.vdefensedept.org
www.gatcv.org
www.gvatc.org

I'm going to only use IIS for the ftp and the email. I would like some help with setting up the virtual hosts. My VPS hoster already has all the dns settings ready. I also have 2 ip addresses.

don't tie domains to your pc before successful setup and test vh w/ fake local domains; follow my guide here

I've noticed that what you just said is your answer for all the vhost questions. So, back to my point, there isn't anything out there idiot proof enough.
