WampServer

Hello !
I'm using wamp from last 3 years, now i've got version 5 it's installed perfectly on my machine, all services're running & wamp try icon showing that "Server Online" so when i tried to open "Localhost" the page's loading and after a while nothing's shown at the page, i took a look at apache error log i saw this msg:
" [Wed Oct 15 06:21:30 2008] [error] (OS 10022)An invalid argument was supplied. : Child 1692: Encountered too many errors accepting client connections. Possible causes: dynamic address renewal, or incompatible VPN or firewall software. Try using the Win32DisableAcceptEx directive. "

Note: I've WIN XP SP2 + NOD32 version 2.7

plz help me in this regard

Modifier

uninstall both wamp and nod32, then reinstall wamp before nod32

I did as u tell but before installing NOD32 wamp's working & pages're showing but when i installed NOD32 the same situation now I've this msg in the error log :

plz help me, is there any way that we tell NOD to ignore WAMP services specially apache?

go to advance setup and set permission for port 80
