WAMP server NOT BOOTING UP........

hi,
i hav just installed the WAMP server 2.0, but wehn i click the "Start WAMP Server" the server is not fully booting up... its changing its color from RED to YELLOW but isnt becoming WHITE.

can anyone suggest a solution plz..

make sure you don't have anything that prevent wamp using port 80 and mysql on port 3306
