HELP !!......problems with the interpretation of php script

I have just installed wampserver 2.0c and done with config file and php.ini.now when i write the script in dreamweaver and try in a browser,,the code comes as it is,without any interpretation...please help

make sure your script doesn't use short tag which is off by default. If it does, enable short_open_tag through php.ini
