adding users

Hi, I want to use wampserver to locally test my database before making changes online.
I have exported the database from my site, and imported it locally.
The tables / data is there.

BUT to do a proper testing locally, I need to use the same user and password as on my site. I don't see where to add a user in wampserver.

Any help would be appreciated.

in phpmyadmin press privledges to add one
