WAMPserver not running after reinstalling WindowsXP

hello,
i just reinstalled windows xp. i had wampserver installed in another drive before. but now its not running.
the icon appears in my taskbar, but its in red. means - the localhost is not available.
how can i fix it?
please let me know.
