Hi,
What do you mean by 'mysql front'? There are a number of MySQL client applications, like phpMyAdmin which you can use to administer a MySQL database. phpMyAdmin is part of the wampserver installation bundle. Other similar applications running a GUI under Windows are MySQL Administrator and SQLyog, and there are more.
