does anyone know a tutorial that will set this up fro mscratch and work as a web server unless someone could help with wamp becuase i dont know y my wamp server wont show my phpmyadmin page

Your wamp worked perfect before, and you must do something wrong that screwed up your wamp, so only you is the one that should know what wrong w/ it. Try to track back and undo what you modified or recently installed. If still not help, I guess you might want to reformat your hard drive, since it might conflict no matter which wamp package you're gonna use :-(
