ANSWER FAST: what lines need to be edited to allow outside access?

if i try to type in my IP address, i get forbidden -- anything other than localhost produces forbidden error.

which lines do i edit in httpd.conf to allow access from anywhere

i went to your site and couldn't find anything relating to my question. I know there's a line i'm supposed to change in http config... WHICH IS IT FOR FUCKS SAKE
