wamp restarts my computer

Hi I installed Wamp Server on my computer and every time i want to start local host or something else it restarts my computer. It works on other computer but not on this one. Both of them on same router. i tried to open port 3306 and it doesnt help. Seems like when i click on localhost and IE starts loading my computer restarts. PLease Help ME or maybe there is another software i can use. THANKS A LOT

Try to open wamp w/ different browser to see if you have the same problem

i tried with Firefox and it did same thing. Like said computer downsatirs works but mine doesnt, So i guess its not the ports
