Hello,

I'm trying for days now to create a photo gallery with coppermine-gallery.

I understand I need to install imagemagick for that, but oh my god, it looks like an impossible mission 3.

I downloaded the ImageMagick-6.3.8-11-Q16-windows-dll.exe file, but when I run it I get an error:

Error creating registry key:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.mat

RegCreateKeyEx failed; code 5.
Access is denied.

I'm using WAMP5 with php 5.2.3

Can anyone please help?

Actually, it's much easier than you thought

I've tried both Gallery2 and Coppermine and only took 5 min to install and setup each. Let me setup vh for them on my server so you can check them out ;-)

I'm trying to set it up on my own computer.

I think I got it to work but now I'm trying to understand how to load pictures to the albums in coppermine so it's a whole different problem.

Ok, tried to load a photo and got this error:

Error executing ImageMagick - Return value: 1

Cmd line :
"c:/ImageMagick/convert" -quality 80 -antialias -geometry 100x69 "C:/wamp/www/photographersatlarge/cpg1416/albums/Photographers/allisonmiller/Alli001.jpg" "C:/wamp/www/photographersatlarge/cpg1416/albums/Photographers/allisonmiller/thumb_Alli001.jpg"


The convert program said:
The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect.

Any idea what is wrong and how to fix it?
