Hi,
Back to the basics then. Have you had a look at [
dev.mysql.com] ? The article 'Getting Started With MySQL' shows how to use the mysql and other commands from the command line, a skill not to be ignored. You may want to learn how to use phpMyAdmin, or install MySQL Administrator GUI from [
mysql.com]. It is also among the addons for WAMP. One elegant product worth looking at is SQLyog from [
webyog.com]. The Community Editions of both MySQL Administrator and SQLyog are free.
You can also do a search on this forum for 'mysql create user'. After you click 'Search', click 'Click here to return to the search screen' and you will see a few previous posts about the topic.
