Wamp won't start

Hello,
I have tried installing wamp, and it won't start fully. The icon gets to 2/3 yellow, then stops. Any reason why?
I have recently installed numerous wamp installations to flash drives, external hard drives, etc.. from this computer. Would this be a problem?
I also have recently installed Google Web Accelerator, would this be a problem?
