WAMP error when starting.

I am new to using WAMP, but when i try to put the server online i get an error message;
"Could not execute menu item (internal error)
[Exception] Could not perform service action:
The service has not been started."
I am using windows vista x86
any help on this?

Hello there mate.
I had the same problem i am runing windows xp sp2 and just do the following steps.
Right click on the apache icon tray and stop the services and also left click on wamp5 icon and click as well stop all services.
Then left click again on the wamp5 icon and click start all services.
That's what i did and everything works great!!!
