WampServer

I have wamp5 installed and running on my computer. All services running, server online but still some of the folders inside the web server folder don't show.
Out of the 20 folders under the web folder configured on wamp5 only 10 show when I open the localhost on my browser.
Another unusual thing is that if I rename a folder that appears on the localhost page then after refresh the folder is not listed anymore.
Is there any config setting I am missing in order to get all the folders to show?
When I try loading the sites that are not listed I get an internal error:
"Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@localhost and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log."
