require not woking

I installed wamp, tryed my script that works on many servers and it din't work so i looked in code and php pages that are required and have .php extensions and contains php code are just included into page as text so i can see php code in it using web browser.

How to fix it?

fixed:
short_open_tag = On
instead
short_open_tag = Off
