ODBC 3.51 and WampMySQL

I need to use ODBC towards MySQL, but I get error 193 when trying to connect to Mysql

I have a strong feeling the error is based on that the mysql service is not named mysql but wampmysql.

How do I manage to overcome this problem.

(I use MySQL with both php and BDS 2006 (Borland Developer Suite 2007, now CodeGear)

Aaargh.

Of course. ODBC 3.51 do not fit together with MySQL 5 :-( Changing to MyODBC 5-beta, and voila, it worked.

You're lucky, I'm testing MySQL6 and PHP6 w/ ASP.net and SQL express, and it's no ODBC for 6 yet

My goals are

Apache - ASP.net (Done)
Apache - ASP.net - SQL
Apache - ASP.net - MySQL6
Apache - PHP6 - SQL
Apache - PHP6 - MySQL6 (Done)

If you have any tip on these, let me know
