Help please
how do I add password to data base using phpMyAdmin Privileges with out getting #1045 - Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: NO) last time I tried to add pass word it lock me out giving that message the site sill worked.

You have to edit it in TWO places, check password section in my old post here
