WampServer

Some files/foldes/directories are not viewable in localhost. They are in the wamp/www/ directory on my hard disk but don't show up in the directory listing in localhost. Some items show up and run fine, all of my oscommerce sites are there...but my joomla ones aren't?
Any help is appreciated,
