I want to install the GD Library in my wamp5 how is this done? I have read that thats all I had to do was go to the php extensions and select the GD one and it would work. It put a arrow next to it but I still get this error on my site "There is no GD-Library enabled" I went back into the php extensions from my tray icon and now the GD php is gone?

Sure…

1) First click on your icon in the taskbar tray.
2) Select PHP Settings--> PHP Extensions--> I think it said gd2 and click on that. This will install the extension.
3) Mine didn’t work that way for some reason and made the gd2 disappear in the list so I had to go this rout (Which I thought was better)

A) Open up the tray icon and scroll up to--> config files--> php.ini
cool smiley Find this line in the file ( ;extension=php_gd2.dll ) “It’s at the top a little down”
C) And change it to ( extension=php_gd2.dll )
D) Save the file and restart apache for the new setting to take effect.

I had written a .pdf tutorial on every problem I had come across in Wamp5 and Zencart so if you need help with anything else just ask!
