and so far..

Firstly I have set the memory_limit to 16M, then 32M and then 256M and now I have set it to -1 (unlimited).. But all of this changes won't help me to fix this error message. By the way, everything was perfect on old wamp release.

This error message make me crazy sad smiley

regards.

make sure you restart apache anytime you edit your php.ini or httpd.conf file for the new settings to take effect.

Do you install mod_ssl yourself? If not, just disable it cause this wamp doesn't come w/ ssl

That's why you get the error as already mentioned this wamp doesn't come w/ ssl, as far as I know, it's never in the past, not now, and probably never in the future either

Openssl is a function, which will allow you to open remote urls with ssl: command..
