Problem with matematic operation

I have proble whit matematic operation or whit all operatio what require calculation.
for example:
if this operation
$a = 15;
$b = 3;
$div = $a/$b
the error in the screen is:
Warning: Division by zero in C:\WWW\\ARCHIVOS\nnn.php on line xx
I need know what is the problem in the configuration in the php.ini
tanks
