libmysqld for C++ ?

Hi,
I have installed Wamp5, I can't find libmysqld.dll
Then I downloaded the MySQL 5.0 zip from the MySQL AB site, still no trace of this library.
However I found some sources of libmysqld.c, but I can't find the headers (*.h)
Anyone can help?
