Firstly, do you see wamp welcome page when type in browser as follows?

[localhost]

If yes, then create your_project_file.php in wamp/www/your_project_folder, then type in browser as follows:

[localhost]

And you should see your_project_file.php running.

Hope this help.

That means your apache is not working at all. Check tray icon to see if all services runing. If not and using sp2, disable windows firewall. If using 3-party firewall, enable port 80 for http as well as in router. If using IIS and/or skyle, port 80 already conflict, disable them or change listen to different port in wamp/apache2/conf/http.conf.
Hope this help

you said nothing appears... did you get any type of error message? we can get a better idea of how to help if we can get a more detailed idea of what is happening.

Point your web browser to [localhost] and tell us exactly what is the output.

He he... actually you got got the answer right in front of you already. You should select "Grant access" means always, instead "Grant access once", that why it locks up your wamp server. Either edit McAfee to grant access for wamp always, or if not sure how to do it, just uninstall and reinstall wamp, and remember to pick a right choice this time.
Hope this help
