The configuration file contains a syntax error on line 3:...

It's been a long time since I've tried to turn on my wamp server. I'm getting this error message:

The configuration file contains a syntax error on line 3:[EParseError] could not load the file "images_off.bmp" specified in the directive "Image List" .

If I uninstall wamp from the control panel, will that be enough? I'll reinstall a new download.

I'm having a hard time loading html pages onto the localhost. Thought if I turned on wamp, it might solve that problem.

Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.

Remember to save any sites you created in the wamp folder and backup any databases you may need to keep before you reinstall.
