ODBC-Problem

Hi,

I just installed mysql-connector-odbc-3.51.12. Unfortunately every time I try to create a new connection, the odbc-driver crashes. As server I chose 'localhost' and as user 'root'. When I try to select a database the driver crashes!
Does anybody knows, what I can do?

I don't know about the crashing, since I never experienced it, but root account by default does not allow remote access, so you'll want to create a new account that allows it.

make sure odbc is enabled in your php.ini file.
