How to install freetype? Does anyone have a hint? I got no clue. Thanx in advance

click on the wamp icon in your taskbar then click php extensions then click php_gd2
and volia it is installed

you can not use freetype until you install the freetype engine. freetype can be installed on windows and linux machines.
