Hello, I have a page in php where there is a connection to a database, in my remote server there are no problem, but in local (wampserver5 1.6.1) the special characters (è, à, etc) doesn't appear, there is an "?" instead; phpmyadmin use latin1_swedish_ci, can I resolve this problem changing wampserver settings? thanks a lot!
