connection to MySQL

when I`m trying to connect to MySQL server from other mashine than server ex. from the Zend Studio application i recive following announcement:
"Server connection failure during transaction. Due to underlying exception: 'null, message from server: "Host '192.168.0.103' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server".
my ip is 192.168.0.103
server ip is 192.168.0.101
what should i do to allow my ip to connect co MySQL server?
update:
its so easy...
the allowed hostname of user was unset.
