Why HTTP/1.1 200 OK Message (no web page)?

I have the latest wamp loaded and the server is working. php is working and mysql is working... but i cannot get my web page up when i type
[www.evview.com] or my IP address....
i get this message:
HTTP/1.1 200 OK Date: Wed, 05 Apr 2006 1
what does this message mean?
