Uploading the pages

I used Wamp5 on mt laptop to design a website. It all went well but I do not know how to upload the design to where my domain is hosted. How do I go about it and what do I upload and which folders. Please help!

Put all of your website files in your www folder:
c:\wamp\www

When you upload the files to your webhost, upload all your website files from your www folder.

Thanks so much for your help. I have another issue is how can upload the data on mysql because thats where the info database info for the web is. Can you help me on thid?

click on the sql tab in phpmyadmin and you can upload your database there.

Thanks for the help. But please can you explain your last response yet because I do not see what to upload.. Am honestly so green on this. An your help will really mae things work for me here. Instruct me on how to upload the database sql to the hosting site

access phpmyadmin using your browser, and click on the import link, then follow the instructions.
