need help with forms please

i've created a table using phpmyadmin now i want the table to appear as an input form but i dont know how to do it, i am a novice at this any help will be very much appreciated, is there software that will do this for me or is there an option on WAMP that will help me create a front end. Thanks for reading and please help me if you can as i am really stuck!

Mowa this forum is not for help with PHP you will have better luck i a PHP forum. But what you need to do is make an HTML file with fields name them accordingly. Then you tell the form to post to myfile.php and inside that php file write program to connect to mysql and strore in the database.
