WampServer

I have installed WAMP on Win XP and no problems at all with Apache, Mysql, phpMyAdmin, etc. However, when trying to install a program locally (Wordpress) in order to test it before I host it on a web server, nothing seems to be able to read the .php file for setting the program up.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
