WampServer

My new wamp server is installed and working properly, my only issue is with people being
able to see my server port 80....

i run an ftp, and other web services on ports 21001 & 8080 ect.... which all work
and acces from outside works fine...

however when people try to connect directly to port 80 example:
[www.port80.com] they get a page cannot be displayed message.

my firewall is zone alarm
and i'm not connected to a router...

and i have another system completely unconnected, and on another isp and i can't connect...

i contacted my isp already and they do not block port 80...

i have a cable internet connection....

so what is the issue...

doesn't make sense to me
