Browser asks to download PHP page, rather than open it

Hi guys

I am learning how to use WAMP at the moment and im a little stuck with using PHP pages.

I have a HTML page with a form and a submit button. When i click submit in Chrome or IE9, it asks me if i want to download the PHP file, rather than open it in the browser.
It works perfectly fine in firefox.

Is this a browser problem or a problem with my WAMP configuration?

Thanks

Two options to resolve that issue:
1. Setup to embed/parse PHP in HTML
2. Rename your HTML file(s) to PHP file(s)
So, if you didn't setup to embed/parse PHP in HTML, you have only 1 option that you have to rename your HTML file(s) to PHP file(s)
