Si l'icone de Wamp est blanche, c'est que les deux services sont maintenant en fonctionnement.
Il faut vérifier que le fichier C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts (sans extension) contient uniquement la ligne suivante (commentaires # mis à part) : 127.0.0.1 localhost
Si tu as des problèmes pour éditer le fichier, déplaces le sur le bureau, modifies le, puis remet le à sa place. Ensuite, retestes le lancement de phpmyadmin.
