this is what I get after installation. This is the error with adding php4. Php5 gives no error, but php4 does. This is what it said.

==============
cannot load mysqli extension,
please check PHP Configuration
Documentation
==============

I am really new at this. So I am not sure to what and how to go about it even though there is an instruction. I click on "Document" and this is what it takes me to.

==============
[1.20] I receive the error "cannot load MySQL extension, please check PHP Configuration".
To connect to a MySQL server, PHP needs a set of MySQL functions called "MySQL extension". This extension may be part of the PHP distribution (compiled-in), otherwise it needs to be loaded dynamically. Its name is probably mysql.so or php_mysql.dll. phpMyAdmin tried to load the extension but failed.

Usually, the problem is solved by installing a software package called "PHP-MySQL" or something similar.
==============

I am lost. I am not sure what I am to do. I am not too good with these instructions. Should I get a find mysql.so or php_mysql.dll??? And what is to be loaded dynamically??? Please help. I am new to this.
